Why are you passionate about Miss Priss Tea Co.?

Miss Priss Tea Co. is an upscale mobile tea parlor blending a modern experience with a classic tradition. Transcending cultures and generations, teatime fosters community connection and conversation in a refined atmosphere. In this era of digital technology, I'm passionate about crafting a venue that encourages face-to-face interactions and knowledge sharing. It is more than just delightful teas and scones.

What Patricia cannot live without

My Palmer's Cocoa Butter Swivel Stick. I have one in every handbag, and I keep one in my car. It is THE BEST lip balm you will ever have. When my lips are chapped, I am not myself. I am constantly smiling and chatting, so I need my lips to be at their best at all times.

Patricia’s favorite tea

Of course, I am partial to Miss Priss' Perfect Tea (a blend of black tea, vanilla, bergamot, black currant, chamomile, and lavender) with cream and sugar, either hot or iced. Versatility is everything. Aside from my own creation, I am a big fan of rooibos (an herbal tea from South Africa). It has a natural sweetness and does not require as much attention when brewing. If you steep the tea for too long, it doesn't grow bitter like most teas, and it is consistently delicious.
