Conversation and storytelling have informed and empowered women of color for generations. These same forms of communication are at the heart of a provocative and inspiring leadership forum featuring panel discussions, reflections, and talks.
The exciting lineup of leaders in the arts, education and policy, and business includes Kristen Cavallo, CEO, The Martin Agency; Linda Hines, CEO, Virginia Premier; Melody Barnes, Co-Director, University of Virginia’s Democracy Initiative; and many others. The forum includes a conversation between VMFA curator Valerie Cassel Oliver (pictured) and Mary Margaret Pettway, Gee’s Bend quilter and Board Chair of the Souls Grown Deep Foundation.
